COUNTRYWIDE SHIPPING

LUTECH GEAR processes orders within 1 (one) hour on the day they have been placed (this excludes weekends & public holidays).

We dispatch all orders on products stocked in our local warehouse the same day if they are paid for before 12pm (weekdays).
Products stocked locally are delivered overnight (next business day) to major centers but can take up to 72 hours to outlying and regional areas.
We ship countrywide, to your door at a flat rate of R95.00 for order (s) less than R250.00, We offer Free Shipping (delivery) for order (s) above R250.00.

For security reasons, we do not have an in-store collection option - all orders are shipped.
Once your order is confirmed and paid for, we ship the item to you.

Majority of our products are imported from China and the USA; most externally stocked items are delivered to our clients within approximately 3-10 working days.
A delivery estimate is provided for most items in stock on our product pages. This delivery estimate is provided for indication purposes only and is based on our previous order experience.

We will never cause any deliberate delays to the delivery of your order, and have a team dedicated to keep things moving quickly and we will always keep you up to date on your order status.

Majority of our products are imported on a weekly basis (or) on processed order’s, Customs amounts to the most delays we might experience, however majority of our shipments clear customs before the goods have even landed in SA, or up to 3 business days and a very small percentage are stopped for Customs inspections which can take up to 7 working days. In these cases, Our teams works round the clock with customs in clearing the consignment ASAP and will keep you updated via e-mail or contact.

We utilize our own Shipping Services to ship our products from External Supplier’s, and use a Courier Service for local final delivery; we do not make use of any postal services or drop-shipping methods on any of our orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number; Order Number) as soon as your order has been placed, the status of your order can be tracked direct on our store.

Please note that our product pricing which you see on our store includes all taxes, duties and international shipping fees.
Payment is due before shipment unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. No item will be shipped until payment is in receipt.
